These are the truths that ground everything I do.
You were taught to override your instincts and shrink yourself down. But your body has always been your wisest teacher. It holds everything you need to come home to yourself.
Some days you'll feel like you've cracked it open. Other days you'll curl up. Both are part of the process. There is no timeline and no finish line. Just the next breath.
Queer, creative, neurodivergent, messy, loud, quiet. Whoever you are and however you show up, there is space for you. You don't need to perform wellness to deserve healing.
We were never meant to do this alone. Being witnessed from a non-judgmental space changes everything. When we breathe together, something shifts that can't happen in isolation.
Breathwork is a decolonial practice. It's about reclaiming your body and your voice, and taking back your agency. You release the conditioning and the weight that was never yours to carry.
Your nervous system holds the answers. When you slow down enough to listen, your body will tell you exactly what it needs.
Hold me to this. It's a living practice.
